Gainful Protein Powder
Gainful Protein Powder – We love that gainful comes unflavored. I put a scoop in my coffee each morning which starts me out strong with protein! My hubby, the cook, also uses gainful protein in his home-made waffles and pancakes and our girls have no clue. We love that they are getting protein in their yummy breakfast, but ssshhhh don’t tell them, ha!
LMNT Electrolytes
LMNT Electrolytes: I personally love the salty taste of these and one packet can make (2)-30 oz water bottles for me. The grapefruit, watermelon and raspberry salt ones are all the perfect mix of salty and sweet. Each packet is vegan, and sugar and gluten free. They also have 1000 mg of sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg of magnesium; these packets are a quick pick me up if I’m feeling off.
Ultima Electrolytes
This is our go to brand for the kids if they want a flavor in their water + electrolytes. It’s sugar free but the flavors are bold. We like all the flavors but our favorite ones are Strawberry Lemonade, Blue Raspberry and Raspberry.

All Things Coffee
Fellow Coffee Products: Coffee is a big deal in our house. Ryan grinds our beans fresh every morning for the coffee machine. On the weekends he loves to do pour overs which is where the electric kettle comes into play. I personally love the electric kettle for hot tea as it can hit any temperature in seconds it feels like. While these products are on the pricey side we love how they work and look on the countertop. While Ember mugs are my every day mugs, we love the fellow insulated mugs for when we have company over….so chic!

Ember mugs – These mugs keep a hot drink at YOUR perfect temperature for up to 80 minutes. These are perfect for new moms where you pour a cup of coffee but get distracted and when you get back to it 30 mins later it’s cold. I have one of these mugs at home and at work…once you have one of these you can never go without!

Bedroom Pillows
Bedroom Pillows – First my husband got this pillow and I’ll admit I was jealous of it. If he would get out of bed early I would sneak over and lay my head down on it. It always felt cool and a good mix of firm and puffy. Finally he looked at me and said, “Do you want me to get one for you?”….umm yes please! I’m obsessed with our pillow!
Shokz Headphones
Shokz Headphones – These headphones are perfection for walking/ running outside but still want to be aware of your surroundings. I put these on when walking the dog and listening to a podcast…You can even take calls on these! I like that they come in two different sizes for that perfect fit; I wear the mini size.
Gua Sha Tool
Gua Sha Tool – Over the past couple of years I have gotten more and more into Gua Sha on my face. I have a severe dust mite allergy and even doing all the things with our sheet covers, etc. I still feel swollen in my sinus’ in the am. This tool has helped drain any extra fluid in my face and helps any sinus or headache pressure. While my exact one is from a local business, here’s a very similar one. I enjoy the rigid edge of this one against my jaw line, which gets sore from grinding sometimes at night.
Trader Joe Sunscreen
Trader Joe Sunscreen – This is SPF 40, Oil Free, Fragrance Free and Water/ Sweat resistant and the best part is my kids actually like putting it on their face. It’s clear so no white faces and it slides on. I love it too and use it daily as a make up primer!
House of Colour Bronzer
House of Colour Bronzer – I need cool toned make up and it’s really hard to find a cool toned Bronzer, they always seem to pull gold. This bronzer is perfect for my cool toned skin and the only one I have found in the market that isn’t gold based!
House of Colour Lipstick
House of Colour Lipstick – I never used to wear lipstick but once I went to my natural hair color and found out what make up colors look best on me, I can’t go anywhere without a good lippie! I only use house of colour lipsticks and these are a few of my faves if you are cool toned.

LED Neck Reading Light
LED Neck Reading Light – I like to read before bed but want to reduce the amount of lighting in the room right before bed. I love that this has numerous light settings and is comfortable around the neck. I also take it traveling, it’s perfect and compact when flying.

Barker Orthopedic Dog Beds
Barker Orthopedic Dog Beds – Our rescue dog Annie is my third baby. Unfortunately, she has hip dysplasia and elbow issues as well. Our specialty vet recommended these beds to us as they are thicker and made with foam cushions to provide a soft landing place on their bones. We got this one, with the curved edge all the away around and Annie LOVES it! It is on the pricey side, but she loves this bed, props her cute little head up on the raised parts and snoozes away. I will do anything for our Annie to keep her comfortable😊
Chewy Subscription for Bully Sticks
Chewy Subscription for Bully Sticks - if you have a dog that loves to chew, you must try bully sticks. You may be grossed out when you find out what bully sticks are made from (I’ll let you google that) but they are great protein for the dogs and keep them busy for a long time! We get ours on subscription so we are never without them😊

Bark Box – We get the super chewer delivered every month for Annie! She gets toys and snacks and I think we enjoy giving her the new stuff each month as she does enjoying them😊 These subscriptions also make a great gift for a fellow dog owner!

Monat Unknot Detangler Spray: This is a MUST have for kids hair. I swear this stuff is magic, you spray it on wet, or we love it on dry hair and then the knots just EASILY brush out. Your kids will also love the scent and the lack of tears that can come with hair brushing each morning before school (IYKYK). After the first try of this spray on my cousin’s kids hair, her daughter started ASKING if she could get her hair brushed, but only if she had Aunt Alexis’ hair spray😊 All Monat products are vegan, sulfate and gluten free.
Monat Leave in Conditioner
Monat Leave in Conditioner: This is a must for me and the kids ESPECIALLY in the spring/ summer as it is a UV protectant for the hair. This will be put on their hair before going into the water (to protect from sun, chlorine, salt water) and then after once washed for protection when playing outside. I also use this product on my ends when dry and as a curly day refresh; it’s a perfect multi use product!

Swim Bags – We use these bags all year round for winter swim and summer swim with the kids. They fit all the things with compartments to put wet swim suits in.
Swim Parka
Swim Parka – These are amazing for winter swim practices when walking from the swim building to the car. We also use them in the summer time if it’s a cool morning for a swim meet and they need to stay warm in between races.
Butterfly Shorts
Butterfly Shorts – I have to admit these shorts are amazing and I want them for myself as well! Our girls love these shorts for school, soccer games and cheer practices! We have found these to be the best pair so far; the assortment of colors is perfect!
GoMacro Mini Protein Bars
GoMacro Mini Protein Bars: We struggle getting protein in our kids, but our youngest loves these mini protein bars, specifically the Cinnamon Roll. I always have them in my purse in case we need a pick me up and she takes one in her lunch each day too. They are also organic, vegan and gluten free.
